As mentioned in the discontinued listing, you could try the sparkfun board: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13311
But as mentioned it is for t3.1/2...
I was going to suggest their regulated adapter, but I probably would avoid as it looks like it converts the signal back to +5v which is not good for T3.6

I bought it by mistake, but I was wondering if I would have to adapt it or if there was some ready-made option out there.
I just found the original Teensy to Xbee Adaptor in-stock in a online-store though.

You are welcome,
The sparkfun product will work, you simply need to run wires from the appropriate pins
That is you need:
3.3v - Can use the feed from Teensy with most XBees... Not sure about some of the high power ones
GND - to gnd
DIN - I believe goes to UART TX pin (unless they meant connect to your IN pin ...)
DOUT - I believe goes to UART RX pin
That may be all you need... Been awhile since I used XBees... I built some into my own boards, sometimes used breakout boards (but with t3.2 did not have to worry about 5v) or on some of my boards I had Arduino like pins, so could use a shield...
