Teensy 3.2 project issues

I'm working on a project using a MK20DX256VLH7. I'm using a LD1117S33 3.3V regulator. This 16MHz crystal with 22pF caps to ground http://www.mouser.com/Search/Produc...tualkey64490000virtualkey449-LFXTAL015055REEL. I am unable to get the board to detect over USB. I've created projects based on the LC before with no issues. The main difference I see between the LC and 3.2 is that the bootloader connects to pin 4 of the USB connector. I'm using a Type B USB connector which doesn't have this pin so I tried connecting it directly to ground which didn't change anything. Another possible issue could be my VBAT pin. Is it ok to connect this directly to 3.3v? I've attached most of my schematic. I'm using a 9 pin header to connect to a programmer board which breaks out the USB and bootloader pins.

Vbat to 3.3V is right, as is the USB plug sense pin. Have you followed the various threads linked from the bootloader store page to confirm clock and reset doing the right things?

I've attached most of my schematic. I'm using a 9 pin header to connect to a programmer board which breaks out the USB and bootloader pins.

I don't see the part with the bootloader chip. Maybe one or more of its wires didn't get connected properly?
