I have a project im working on and am looking for some assistance to write the code.
At the moment it's just a personal project, and when/if it works well, i'll release the documentation for all to use.
I've done a lot of work already to fabricate and build the hardware, but as im not a coder, and don't have the time to learn right now, i'd like someone to do it for me.
Im not sure how much ($) I should be allowing for this, but I've broken this part of the project into 3 different stages, and at this point im looking to only outsource the coding for stage 1, with the coding to be written in such a way to allow the upgrades to stage 2 and 3 in the future without a total re-write.
Anyway, for a full review of the proposal, see the attached document.
