Change Arduino IDE colors

Hi. I am having a heck of a time reading the orange on black error messages in the Arduino IDE.

I was directed to arduino/lib/theme/theme.txt but couldn't find reference to the orange foreground and black background of the error portion at the bottom of the ide.

I just turned 70. Perhaps that is it - both not being able to read the font and the number of errors i have to read. ha.

I'm not a fan of the color scheme used for warnings and error either plus the default text size is small i think. White on black contrasts fine but red on black is terrible.

Do you know how to change the colors using for warnings and errors?

no not yet, I'll see if I can figure it out though.

You can change it in the "Theme.txt" file under "console.error.color".
