Sinewave efficiency and quality

Hi,
I am building an additive synth with the audio library. It seems AudioSynthWaveformSine is much faster to compute than AudioSynthWaveform with a WAVEFORM_SINE, is that ok?
In such a case, could I have a sawtooth as much efficient as the sine computed by AudioSynthWaveformSine? Indeed, AudioSynthWaveform generate lots of aliasing, I guess due to low table size...
