Which mouser/digikey(...) product code should I order to solder a Line Out connector in the 5-holes Audio board space?

I did not know that this one existed (completely missed its presentation)
I was wondering about the line-in, line-out barrels on the audio-adapter https://www.pjrc.com/store/teensy3_audio.html
I know in the past it was always said: 'standard' PC connector, .... but I don't have one.

on the osh-park picture for the pt8211_kit you not only have 10 uF Elcos but also a 20 Ohm resistor and not 10 Ohms as of list
(or do I read the colors from the wrong side?) I know it does not matter, but....
