Teensy 3.2 max current

Hello everyone.
I know that the Teensy 3.2 board has a maximum output of 250mA from its 3.3V pin. But what about the VIN or the VUSB pins?

Also as the USB2.0 standard the max current it can get from USB is 500mA. How much does the board consume on average at the overclocked 96MHz if not idling?

For my project I need to power some amplifiers and other ICs and want to know if I can get to use less than 500mA and if I can power everything from the Teensy board too.

About 42 mA, though it can vary somewhat depending on which on-chip peripherals are active and whether I/O pins are rapidly toggling.

Logic high on pin 13 (the orange LED) adds another 3 mA.
