How much current can I get from the Vin pin on a Teensy-lc?

Can I sink 250 ma from the Vin pin to drive the 8266? There will be plenty of power from the USB connector at 5 v. I know I'll have to regulate the 5V down to 3.3 for the 8266 board. I just want to be sure that connection isn't fused or otherwise current limited.

    Thanks,
    Jim.

250 mA is pushing the limits. Teensy LC has a 300 mA PTC "fuse". But it uses under 20 mA, so you should be fine. Just know you're close to the limit where the PTC might start increasing resistance.
