Neural net implementation?

Anyone done this? We're talking about a 3 layer Widrow-Hoff Feedback type net - standard.

Can't remember to have seen it done on a Teensy. But it should be doable, seen that some of the very efficient CMSIS library (basically intended for audio/DSP) functions and structures might be "recycled" for the needed vector and matrix operations.
