Project Guidance RE gyro

I am searching for a 9 axis MEMS chip with the gyro capable of 15,000dps, the max I've found is 4,000dps. It appears this product is non existent.

Would anyone know if an analog solution is available?

MEMS motion sensors tend to have limited bandwidth. Internally, they use a high frequency oscillating structure which responds slightly to motion. Then a demodulator tries to detect the changes, which produces a tiny signal which pulses slightly at the oscillator speed. Turning that into a usable analog voltage (inside the chip) requires low pass filtering.
