You can check easily yourself, if components and label type and location are identical.
The markings on the crystal and bootloader chip are an exact match. Counterfeits also seem to have a thin annular ring on their pads, and the 9 pads you haven't soldered look like the thickness of the real Teensy 3.2.
Recently some very close-looking counterfeits have appeared, so it can be a challenge now to tell them apart by appearance.
The LED is never supposed to light when running the bootloader.
