Formating icons not showing in FireFox

Anyone else having an issue with FireFox where the vBulletin formating icons are not showing when posting a message. I just updated FireFox to be sure I had the latest version which didn't fix it. I am using Opera to post this and the icons are showing as they should. Just to clear up any confusion this is what I am talking about.



Wondering if it might be some setting I am missing in FireFox or if it an issue with FireFox.

I'm seeing them in firefox on windows, but only get the three rows if I select 'go advanced, otherwise just get the subset.

Thanks, must be something in my FireFox settings or add ons . If I ever figure it out I will update this thread.

I see them here with Firefox 55.0.2 on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit.
