Did anyone experience USB Audio recording interruption after 18-22 seconds? When I record audio channels in Audacity it stops after 18 seconds or so, it seems to be related with something polling the USB audio.

Anyone experienced this and found a solution?

I tried just now, with File > Examples > Audio > HardwareTesting > WavFilePlayerUSB, using a Teensy 3.6 with the audio shield and a SD containing the 4 test files. I tested on Linux 64 bit (Ubuntu 14.04) with Audacity 2.0.5.

Seems to work fine. Here's a screenshot after Audacity had recorded for nearly 2 minutes.

It's still recording, up to about 6 minutes. Hasn't stopped, still going...

Thanks, however I forgot to mention that we have this problem in Windows 7 and 10. We modified the audio library so we might have broken something. We were just wondering if there's something in Windows that is polling USB soundcards every few seconds.

Ran it again on Windows 10. Same result, keeps going. Here's a screenshot after a couple minutes.

We modified the audio library

Doesn't this seem like kind of an important detail that really ought to have been in your original message?!
