Hi
Im building actually a small test pcb with a 74HCT245 onboard for level shifting .im a little bit confuzed about OE and DIR because i want to raise the signal from 3.3v to 5v but my Input Pins should be B1,B2.... and Output Pins on the Left Side beginning with A1,A2.
How i should set the Dir and OE Pin. Dir = High OE = LOW ???? i dont get it....
