Integrated cirquits Teensy 3.6

Hello,
I have fried a Teensy 3.6 when by accident applied double voltage supply.
I am thinking to re-solder all IC on the board so I need to identify them (except CPU and TPD3S014).
But the letters on IC does not tell anything.
So I need a help to get exact part numbers.
I suppose there are two identical voltage regulators with a letters on them AN w66.
Probably a boot loader M2TS AAFE ? Should I order it pre-programmed? Maybe there is a source code to reprogram it in a local workshop?
Just ordering of 1 iC for 7 $ and post it for 20$ is to mach.
And the last one is 65E48 L120B ?

The bootloader IC has to come from PJRC pre loaded, and the CPU is BGA so not something you would normally resolder without a lot of equipment. Would be an interesting craft project but not one that has any chance of being cheaper than buying a new Teensy unfortunately. Have you already looked at:

to identify the parts?

edit: if going down the repair path as an expensive learning experience you will really need a spare 3.6 anyway to compare signals with, otherwise any minor problems will be very hard to locate.

I will not re-solder, there is a plenty of workshops with right equipment and do re-solder BGA for 5 €.
Yes, I have looked at the schematic but I can not find a components noted in it with exact package what are on PCB.

Let's see:
- The big BGA is easy
- the smaller 16 pin is the PJRC bootloader chip
- the 2 6pin chips are the two regulator LP38691 and TPD3S014
now the TPD3S014 is missing on the T3.5 (compare the two pictures https://www.pjrc.com/store/teensy35.html and https://www.pjrc.com/store/teensy36.html), so the common one is the LP38691 (the one closer to the MCU
- two 3 pin are the diodes

if you look for part numbers, you have to figure them out yourself, there is no list. (only PJRC bootloader chip is known)

Anyhow, it is easier and faster to buy a new one. ( within 3 days from Digikey in Europe)
 
The LP38691 has a thermal pad on the bottom. The PCB connects it to thermal visa the try to conduct the heat away to 2 of the internal plane layers. Reworking the chip would likely be very difficult, unless you have some sort of bottom side preheater. Plus everything else already mentioned, best to just replace the whole board.
