Excessive number pull-ups?

I was going to make a breakout board to test out a few things and it would require 2.2k pull-ups on 17 pins on a LC or 3.2, which is just under 26mA of total current at 3v3. My forum searches tell me that the total current is well within the capabilities of the 3.3 reg, but is there anything else I should be concerned about? It feels a bit excessive, but feels are often unreliable. Is there a limit here?

If you are doing a large number of pull-ups, it might make sense to use a resistor network instead of having to have 17 power and 17 data pins.
