delay in nanoseconds on Teency 3.5

Is there a way to add a delay in nanoseconds on Teency 3.5?
I have tryed to search some examples but I could not find any.

I believe Bill Perry created some macros in his OpenGLCD library. It's a huge amount of complex code, but I'm pretty sure there's a nice nanosecond busy loop delay buried in there somewhere.

There is a thread that does just that . . . Sub-Micro-Second-Pulses
