OctoWS2811 Adaptor dimensions

Hi all,
Making a quick carrier board that incorporates the OctoWS2811 Adaptor (https://www.pjrc.com/store/octo28_adaptor.html).
Can anyone pass along the dimensions of the board? I can derive the rest from that.

The PCB is 2.20 by 1.35 inch. The top & bottom edges are V-score, so 1.35 should be considered "nominal", or about +/- 0.05 tolerance.

The mounting holes are 1.0 by 1.0 inch apart, designed for #4 screws that mate with the CableGuard CG-500 plastic box. The 2 left hole centers are 0.25 inch from the left edge of the board. Vertically, they're centered, so the top bottom holes centers are 0.175 from the bottom edge, and the top hole centers are 0.175 from the top edge.
