Using Teensy 3.2, OctoWS2811 and SD Card Adaptor together

I want to use the Teensy 3.2, OctoWS2811 and SD Card Adaptor (large adaptor for 3.2) together but it seems that the 3 devices stacked on top of each other won't work. I don't want the profile of the connected devices to be higher than the ethernet plug. From what I can tell, the way that the SD Adaptor and the Teensy connect the SD card slot is opposite of the USB plug. Once the Octo, the Teensy and the SD Card Adaptor are soldered together the SD slot would be on the ethernet plug side and unable to slip a card in past the ethernet plug. Is this correct? If so how can I get around this. I want the profile to be low so I can fit it in to a box I am currently using.

That's correct, the SD card faces towards the cables, so a low profile stack-up just isn't feasible.
