Paul, would I violate something if I integrate the SGTL5k chip directly into my receiver "shield" using conventional Teensy pin assignments ? The reasons vs using your audio adapter are:
- my receiver is now a 3+1 layer stack, which is high (even using very low profile 3M female sockets);
- this codec requires a power cycle for a 100% reliable reset (I've tried many other methods), I can cycle it on my board with a high side switch(es).
- I already have a 1.8V mini-switcher on-board for the digital core supply.
I do not plan to use the memory part of your audio adapter (SD card, serial memory), just the codec, line-in, mic and phone interfaces and using your pin assignments for software compatibility. Let me know if that is OK, either here or via PM/email.
