At a minimum the memory mapping will be different - but likely the peripherals may change as well as with the shortage of T_3.2 MCU's I've not seen any simple suggestion for an alternative.

This almost certainly will not work with the MKL02 chips.

It might work with the old Mini54 chip, since that is very similar to the chip which was used on Teensy 3.0.
