Teensy3.2 DIY but not working

Hello everyone,
I just follow this page to make a board by myself.

when i plug in the usb and it is not working
my computer not get the com port

And now
I buy
MK20DX256 in RS
MKL04Z32 in digikey

I think the problem is my ic is all "blank"?
so it will not working?

Correct. You need to get the MLK04 chip from PJRC. A blank MK20 is ok. Only the MKL04 needs to be pre-programmed with the bootloader.

Nope. That code is the secret sauce, the one piece we don't distribute. You need to buy the MKL04 chip from PJRC.
