Faked / Cloned Teensy 2.0++ Verification?

Can somebody verify if this teensy is real or fake / cloned? Also any recommendations on a voltage regulator to keep a teensy at 3.3volts?

I didn't buy it yet but thanks for telling me before I bought it

Also is there any official sellers that sell it cheaper than $24 (https://www.pjrc.com/store/teensypp.html I'm on a tight budget)

I don't know where you live, but if you have a local Micro Center store, they often times carry Teensys, including the 2.0/2.0++. My local store (Cambridge, Massachusetts) is selling them for $19.99 (or $21.24 with tax). Not much of a savings, but I doubt an 'official' Teensy 2.0++ will be much less than PJRC sells it for.
