I2C Display with SDA2/SCL2

Hi, in my hardware i have a I2C display on SDA2 SCL2 (3/4)
if i run this sketch (with the wire2), the display is recognized (0X3C)

Now, if i try the example ssd1306_128x32_i2c (changing wire.h with i2c_t3.h), i get error

Adafruit_SSD1306.cpp uses Wire.h. Your sketch can't use both Wire.h and i2c_t3.h. If you want to use i2c_t3.h, you'll have to hack Adafruit_SSD1306 lib to use i2c_t3.h
 
No. Your program can use either Wire.h or i2c_t3.h, but not both. Only 1 of these can be used across *all* of your program.

my question was different,
if I use wire.h (and not i2c_t3), can I use SCA2 and SCL2? (with wire.setSCA(3) and wire.setSCL(4) )

if I can not, I have to use 12c_t3 but do I have to change the display library?
