Using digital pins for external intterrupts

I'm new to using the Teensy 3.2 and I've read somewhere that all the digital pins can be used to generate interrupts. On previous projects I've used the #include EnableInterrupt successfully but it appears to be not compatible with the Teensy.


How do I attach/enable interrupts?

The Teensy 3* and LC, like the Arduino Due/ZERO use the pin number as the first argument to attachInterrupt()
