I want the thank all of those who have shared there insights and success on making their own custom board with the Teensy platform. I was able to spend a few weeks reading, researching and working on my next board. I am happy to say my first custom teensy 3.2 board with Wiznet w5500 Module was a success. I kinda made it more challenging using 0402 components, but with a steady hand and having just right amount of caffeine I was able to get the board put together and working. One issue that I need to figure out is dealing with solder bridges. I am using a stencil but will need to try other solder pastes to see what works best. The part I spent the most time is crystal placement, Power planes, Wiznet differential pairs and the USB differential pairs. I used Kicad for the cad software. The board is pretty much a Teensy_pi and shares the same footprint. However the pin headers are unique.
