Hi,

I've issues getting my teensy to run sketches when not connected via USB.
Here is my wiring:

The converter gives very accurate 5volts.
I read https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/external_power.html, but as of my understanding: As soon as I only use USB or (not and) Vin there is no todo?!

As soon as I connect USB it works ... any ideas/help?

Current Board settings from Arduino IDE:

If you unplug the USB, does it continue to work? If not are you sure that the VIN/GND wires are working from the Teensy to the converter?

As @Paul mentioned, check for the !Serial stuff.

If it does work, have you tried a different voltage converter to see if maybe there is some issue with the power ramp up and the Teensy. I have heard (and seen this) with a T3.6, but not with 3.2, but...

If you have a scope, you might try to capture the VIN power as you plug it in.

BUT hopefully it is something simple like the while (!Serial)
