Hi, Can anyone tell me what is required to legally incorporate the Teensy 3.5 platform into a project that im building but not a prefabbed Teensy but the processor with boot loader would be incorporated into my circuit and be able to then sell the device that im building?

Thanks!

To make your own PCB that's fully compatible with Teensy 3.5 and works with Teensyduino, you need this bootloader chip.

While this message isn't "legal advice", the other general issue to keep in mind is the software license on any Arduino libraries you use. Almost everything PJRC publishes that gets compiled into your program is MIT license, which is intended to allow use in commerical proprietary products. Arduino libraries from other sources, even ones that come with Arduino, may have other license terms. Best way to check is looking at the comments at the top of their source code.

Do you offer the MK64FX512 in other packages with the boot loader besides the one used on the 3.5?
