Control input voltage to Teensy

I have a circuit composed of a series of Op Amps acting as buffers and integratirs to amplify a small input signal. The final output is meant to be sent to a Teensy 3.2, but it is always between -0.5V and 0.5V. This would damage my Teensy since the input range for this model is between 0V to 3.3V.

Does this mean I need to create a positive offset? how can I possibily create one?
 
The safest way involves using an opamp powered by only 3.3V. That means needed a rail-to-rail output type if you want to use the full range. But then you at least know the opamp won't accidentally drive the pin hard to a large positive or negative voltage during startup, shutdown, or if something happens like a very fast transition on the input voltage - conditions where the opamp is momentarily not controlled by stable feedback and can briefly output almost anything.
