This PJRC page table still shows T_3.5 with 192 KB RAM :: https://pjrc.com/teensy/techspecs.html

Saw it at SparkFun too on features tab :: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14056

Started looking when I saw the note that Adafruit is coming out with a 120 MHz M4F Mega :: hackster.io/the-adafruit-grand-central-is-almost-here
>> Coming Soon :: https://www.adafruit.com/product/4064

… most all the features of a a T_3.5 - but much bigger with some room for some addons … will be interesting to see pricing and how support develops … looks like it may beat the T4 to market … just a bit after the T_3.5/3.6 turn 2 yrs and some months …

Also first link doesn't note the T_3.6 is 'Overclockable 256 MHz'

I've updated the web page. If you find any other places that still say 192K, please ping me.

For anyone unfamiliar with the history, 2 years ago some of Freescale's documentation said this chip had only 192K RAM in the chip with 512K flash and 256K RAM in the chip with 1M flash. Other documents said both had 256K. PJRC went with the cautious & conservative approach of advertising only 192K RAM, even an additional 64K was indeed accessible inside the chip. We suspect Freescale's (now NXP) chip design has non-volatile config which remaps the RAM, similarly to how modern hard drives have remapping for physical defects. The last thing I wanted to do was promise 256K and then discover only 192K is reliable.

NXP/Freescale updated their documentation. All these chips do have 256K RAM that is fully verified.

But I'm sure the original 192K we wrote has been copied to many places. If you find them on other sites, please send them a message. Feel free to link to this message, so they can understand why we originally said only 192K, but it's now 256K for the same hardware.

Cool, posted a comment on SFUN:

Will be fun to see the T_4 Specs on that PJRC techspecs page

Gosh that image preview is SMALL.
Teensy 3.5 is another great PJRC product!
… by Defragster verified purchaser
So much power and so many features in a small Teensy package!
NOTE: The T_3.5 actually has 256K RAM - just like the T_3.6.
Initial processor docs were not clear - but all units have verified been with PJRC (and TeensyDuino software updated) - to have shipped with 256 KB usable RAM not the listed 192K, so the features tab could be updated to agree with https://pjrc.com/teensy/techspecs.html

I messaged Adafruit as well … they used to have a link that tied to web page … had to enter it as a WEB Error with link
