Teensy 3.2 with pins on the wrong side??

Hey guys! I am working on my first project here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJcZxyB5rVc

I ran into a head-scratcher right out of the gate: I just received my teensy 3.2 with pins, but they seem to be on the wrong side and I can't connect them to the audio shield (If I were to connect the 3.2 to the audio shield, the board would be upside down and the labels would not match up with the audio shield). Can one buy a version with pins on the other side of the board and I just simply messed up and purchased a version with the pins on the wrong side? Any help would greatly appreciated!!

The audio shield goes on top of the teensy.

Thanks for the reply, neutron. What I mean is--in the video at 2:17, he is matching up the labels of the audio shield to the teensy's labels: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJcZxyB5rVc. However, the teensy 3.2 that I received has the pins coming out of the other side. That is, in order to match the labels, I would have to put the teensy on top of the audio shield. Judging by the video, the pins should be coming out of the side with the micro usb port, but mine are coming out of the bottom side. I'll attach a photo if this is unclear. Let me know and thanks for helping!

It's perfectly fine to put the Teensy on top of the audio shield. As long as the pins line up the same way, the electrons don't care which board is above or below the other.

If your Teensy already has the pins soldered, 2 of these sockets can be soldered to the audio shield. That gives you a very convenient way to unplug the Teensy from the audio shield.
