ILI9341 TFT LCD Tutorial

I recently bought a starter kit for Teensy 3.2 which includes the LCD screen described on the PJRC website: https://www.pjrc.com/store/display_ili9341.html

There is a reference to a tutorial for this device in the github page for it's library but I haven't been able to track down the actual tutorial. I did come across this, which is helpful but a bit too advanced for a complete beginner.

Can anyone point me to a source of info to get me started?

Thanks - in fact it's not the kit you linked to but a much simpler kit that has the parts for the basic tutorials plus this screen. The tutorial you linked to looks like a good place to start.
