MIDI power stopping teensy starting
I am making a MIDI controller, and today I connected a voltage regulator to power from a wall-wart. I am finding that the teensy++ 2 won’t boot if the midi cables are connected... seems enough power comes through to the pins to confuse the boot sequence. It even makes the led on the regulator light up very dimly. If I power up before connecting the cables it’s fine.
Is there a way I can correct this? I’d rather not have this ‘gotcha’ in this project. Could I have a delay in the boot sequence or something?

Yes of course... sorry!
... although for now I seem to have it working. Not sure what I did!
