    USB not recognizing Teensy 3.5

Hi, I'm trying to run the sample program provided by Teensy 3.5. However I seem to have trouble having the device to my laptop, which is Windows 10 OS. I can't seem to find the driver online - the only things I could find are links to Arduino and the sample programs.

You need Arduino 1.8.8 and this Teensyduino 1.45 installer.

Also, please be aware Teensy appears as HID, not Serial, in many of its modes. When using Windows Device Manager, Teensy is likely to appear in "Human Interface Devices" if it's running in HID mode.

I have the Arduino and this Teensyduino installer on my machine - nothing shows up under the Human Interface Devices related to Teensy, along with the USB.

Just a guess: The USB cable you are using for the Teensy, is it a really full USB cable with all data line connections wired or is it a simple USB charger cable without data link?

Got it - its with the cable. I had two cables that didn't work, third's the charm!

Glad to hear that it’s solved!
