    Microcontroller swap

    Hi
My teensy LC is running out of ram and I found that there is exactly the same Chip used in LC but with more RAM/flash. My question is if it's possible to swap them, change linker file and it will work? Or it require more things to do?
    Thanks for any help

It’s not as simple as that, since the bigger Flash induces probably different start addresses of the RAM, of some internal peripherals, and so on. Why not upgrade with a Teensy 3.2 to have a plug and play solution?

It's custom board with teensy LC core, so easiest way is just processor swap, linker file does include ram and flash start adress and size.
