On the reference card for the Teensy 3.6 I found three 3.3 pins
1. Between Analog GND and Pin 23
2. Between Pin 12 and Pin 24
3. Interior between Vbat and GND

Only for the pin between Analog GND and Pin 23 a max current of 250 mA is indicated.

What is the max current for the other two?

If it is relevant, I intend to power the Teensy via the Vin with 5V from a 2A regulator.

If you do try consuming a lot of current from the 3.3V pin, pay attention to the temperature of the 6-pin voltage regulator chip. If you use too much, that chip will get rather hot. The 250 mA spec is on the conservative side. Heating of that chip is the main issue.

Thanks Paul, good to know there is some bandwidth in the 250 mA. Will do a test.
A quick fix probably is powering the two OLEDs (90 mA each) from the same 5v regulator I am using to power the Teensy.
According to the datasheet they accept a supply voltage from typically 3.0v but max 5.0. Looking at the low and high level input specs even while feeding it with 5v you can use it with a 3.3v board like the Teensy.
