    Teensy on Amazon?

I had not previously noticed that Teensy 3.2 was sold on Amazon, for example: https://www.amazon.com/PJRC-6485230-...dp/B015M3K5NG/ the listing says "Teensy 3.2 (Original Version) by PJRC".
That listing shows two versions, $23.52 with Prime shipping, or $21.49 + $20.99 shipping Sellers shown are Sports Internet Solutions LLC and Quality Store US.
I see there are actually many sellers listing this through Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...&condition=new
including "Ecotest" if you wish to wait a month for it to arrive and you wish to pay $69.90 for it.

    Thanks for the heads up.
It looks like all the Teensy family is on Amazon from various sellers. The 3.2 is Amazon's choice item. I'll order one from Echotest because I just love ordering overpriced items that get delivered on the slow boat from China . I usually get mine from MicroCenter since it gives me an excuse to go to the closest store which is 70 miles away.

    Within the USA sources include:
    • PJRC itself: https://www.pjrc.com/store/. My main issue is I'm east coast based, and using the cheaper ground or USPS options means it is a week or so to get the boards.
    • Adafruit: https://www.adafruit.com/?q=teensy. I tend to group Teensy with other Adafruit products. Adafruit no longer has a USPS option for shipping, so shipping is typically $7-8. If you watch the "Ask an Engineer" segment (https://www.adafruit.com/ask), which is on Wednesday at 8:00pm Eastern US time, there is usually a 10% discount on the purchase, good through midnight of that day. They also tend to officially announce new products then, and sometimes you can scoop up new shiny stuff if you act fast enough. Living in Massachusetts, if I order something with the Ask An Engineer code, it will get to me on Friday morning.
    • Sparkfun: https://www.sparkfun.com/search/results?term=teensy. When I started out, I found Sparkfun to have a lot of neat stuff, but over time, I find my new shiny stuff coming from Adafruit and not Sparkfun. I still check every Friday when they introduce new products.
    • Adafruit and Sparkfun re-sellers. These are great if you are ordering a bunch of things from different companies to combne shipping. My favorite reseller is digikey: https://www.digikey.com/. I believe digikiey offers Teensies with pre-soldered headers from Sparkfun and without the headers from Adafruit.
    • OSH park offers a purple Teensy 3.2 for $17 (free shipping via USPS): https://store.oshpark.com/products/teensy-3-1
    • My local Microcenter (Cambridge, MA) used to have a full complement of Teensy's, but recently they don't always restock. I believe they get their stock from Adafruit. Yesterday, they only had an LC and a Teensy 2.0++.
    • My local electronics shop (http://www.youdoitelectronics.com/) also carries Teensies, but their supply is hit or miss. They sell both Adafruit and Sparkfun products, so they likely get their stock from one of them.
    • Ebay of course has various sellers at various price points. There are some Adafruit and Sparkfun resellers, that also offer a range of other products besides just Teensy.

In France Amazon also sells the teensies itself (LC, 3.2, 3.6 with or without headers) - Ok, shipping costs are free, but the price is higher - I ordered mine on a well known, old established french electronics reseller : www.lextronic.fr
When we can, it's better to give small companies a kind of help (and for +- the same price)

For Amazon in the US, the primary official distributors are Sports Internet Solutions, 3D Maker World, and Robot Shop. Karlsson Robotics and ameriDroid are also official distributors.

In Europe the primary official distributors selling on Amazon are Oak Tree LLC and Utronix
