Can't upload anything to Teensy 3.2

Those photos look like the genuine Teensy 3.2.

Can you read the printing on the 2 square chips near the USB connector?

The chip near pins 1 & 2 should have "M2T5" on a genuine Teensy 3.2.

Sounds like you have a genuine Teensy 3.2, and every indication is the Teensy works.

Have you tried using it on a different computer? Or run Linux instead of Windows on that PC?

Yes, I tried with both Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Ubuntu 18.10 ( teensy showed up as HID device), 4 different computers. Using the multimeter I can also check that it's 3.3V when the button is not pressed and 0V when it is pressed. What I'm I missing here.

Ok, good, you've got Ubuntu. That means we can get much better info than Windows. :)

On Ubuntu, run "tail -f /var/log/syslog" in a terminal. When you press the button on your Teensy, you should see the Linux kernel print several lines about the USB detection. Can you show us the info which appears?

Everythings seems fine

That's the result you should see when plugging in the cable.

But after pressing the button, it's supposed to be 0478, not 0486. :(

Yeah, it's sure looking like you got a damaged or defective board. Might be a counterfeit, but it *really* looks like the genuine hardware.

Maybe try returning it to the seller for a replacement? But if you got it on Aliexpress and too much time has passed, then you're probably out of luck. :(
