Help. Can we apply 3.3V directly to the +3.3v pins instead of Vin

Hi:

My PCB manufacturer made a mistake and connected the supply 3.3V (suppose for Vin) to all the 3.3V pins on the teensy (3.2 and 3.6), will it work or damage the board?
Initial power up all the chips were working but after sometime it stops.
I am supplying from a power bank via LD1117 voltage regulator.

As long as you trust the 3.3V to run the Teensy AFAIK that is okay.

The power on problem [ T_3.6? ] may be fixed in the latest version of TeensyDuino as noted here with link to PJRC download location :: forum.pjrc.com/threads/55860-Teensyduino-1-46-Released

Thanks. My PCB design was correct to point out the Vin requires 3.6V as such it was deliberate that the supply goes directly to the 3.3V input instead.
BTW the VIN and VUSB trace has been cut.
