What do you mean, "factory resetting"?
Straight out of the box, Teensies are loaded with a "Blink" demo sketch.
If you want to reload the "Blink" sketch, overwriting whatever you may have loaded onboard, just build the "Blink" example and upload it (from the Arduino IDE, after having installed Teensyduino: File->Examples->Basic->Blink).
