contact info about purchase

I purchased some controllers from the PJRC main store and the package got stuck in customs. I didn't receive notification to pay my import tax in time, and the package was sent back to sender. Does anyone have any contact details for dealing with this kind of issue? I can't seem to find any info on the site.
