Breakout Board for Teensy 4.0 and Audio Shield - not working

Just got my Breakout Board for Teensy 4.0, soldered just the Teensy and the audio board in - no sound. The audio board works fine with Teensy 3.6, but when I put it into the new board, there is only 0.2V on the "3.3V" pin.
The blink test works with Teensy, just checked.
What am I missing. There is not much written about assembling the board. I don't have and don't need all of the components on it. I only have the Teensy and the audio board.
I must be missing one connection somewhere.
Has anybody done this?

Did you solder the surface mount parts on the bottom side? The 100 ohm resistor is needed to get MCLK to the audio shield.
