Hello everyone,

This is my first post to the forum so I apologize in advance if I accidentally break any rules,

I am looking for help/advice on project that I am working on for college

I need to communicate GPS information in a mesh-network of pods run by Teensy 4.0's. Each pod needs to recognize an input or dummy signal and pair it with the exact time it recorded that signal, precise to the millisecond of the network time. These unique timestamps then need to be relayed along with the pods coordinates to a nonspecific pod for some mathematical analysis. Is this feasible and if so how challenging would you estimate it to be? I am still pretty new to Teensy and the language.

As far as hardware I was planning on the XBee3 modules configured with DigiMesh. What is the best library that you could point me towards to accommodate this? GPS wise I was looking at the Ublox M8 series for accuracy and price point though I am open to suggestions.

Thanks for your help,
