Arduino 1.8.10

Arduino released 1.8.10 this morning. Normally I notice within an hour or two and try to get a Teensyduino beta published within 24 hours.

This time, I'm noticing 12 hours late, on a Friday evening. Will probably be Saturday afternoon for a Teensyduino installer to support 1.8.10. Please direct anyone asking for 1.8.10 support to this thread.

I have tried installing the teensy add-on but it says it supports up to 1.8.9.
