output delta freq in small steps on high freq range output. T4

Dear readers,

teensy 4, I need to generate a sweep output on a pin, will be the clock for an other device (3.3V).

I have been reading trough the manual, but can find so far only prescalers.
Can a for instance change a output freq in steps of 10 or 20hz in a range from 30 to 60 MHz?
