    Custom board with PJRC Bootloader

Would a PJRC Bootloader chip support an MK20DX128VLQ10? Looking for more I/O pins.

AFAIK - the answer to date from Paul :: PJRC bootloader chips are limited to support of the same set of MCU chips used on shipping Teensy devices. For more pins there is the OSH Park ref design published by PJRC for the T_3.6 that exposes all of those extra pins - and that could be easily altered for the T_3.5 MCU if that makes a difference dropping USB support and slower clock freq.
