I was asked to make a project which requires the fastest access possible to a RAM (write and read).
I am still in a study phase and at the moment it seems to me that the SEMC interface on a Teensy 4.0 allows to do this.
Has anyone already had experience of this and if so, what type or model of RAM have you used and with what performance?
