PT8211 alternative

Hello,

I can't find PT8211 ship (16 bit audio dac) for sale in France or Europe. This ship seems to be only sent from asia with long delivery times. Buying from pjrc store is also quite expensive due to shipping fees.
Is there an alternative to PT2811 that could be found in Europe ?
