Hi! I need to measure temperature for a project I'm working on and I was wondering how I could interface a k type thermocouple with teensy 3.2 so that I can get continuous temperature readings on the serial monitor. I'm an absolute beginner so any and every help is much appreciated! Thank you!

Buy a thermocouple module (about $5) and then connect it via SPI. Find a library that supports it.

I recommend you to purchase a MAX31856 based ready made module, from eBay, Adafruit etc.
I'm using 2 and 4 channel modules from "playingwithfusion" , good quality, very stable, and can be used both with a 3.3V and a 5V MCU.
