connecting pots to Teensy 4.0

I want to connect 3 potentiometers to teensy 4.0 . Should I use 3.3V and gnd or 5V and gnd ? I am asking this question as Teensy 4.0 signal pins are not 5 Volt tolerant . Thank you in advance for any help.

Even if fault tolerant you need the voltage divider to have the same range as the pin.

With analog resolution at 10 bits - that would be the expected range of values.
